I am 45 years old, and just diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. I need to stay in shape...but am not sure weather I can continue doing crunches or sit-ups as part of my routine. It definitely makes my symptoms worse when I do crunches. Does anybody know what stomach exorcises are Ok to do when you have a hiatal hernia? Also, is jogging/running OK if you have a hiatal hernia?
