I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Makes we wonder if puncturing in the only factor then what about tattoos and piercings?
Anyway just a curiousity since I happened upon the thread.
As far as "clean" user versus "dirty" honestly I have no clue becuase I was a black out drinker and could quite literally wake up in different cities next to people I never met etc... so there is no telling really what all I have done or not done. The only thing I know for certain is that if I use any drug (not prescription meds as I need those for mental health) or drink any alcohol then all bets are off as to what happens next so it is much safer for me to stay completely clean/sober.
