I got a call today from a man saying he is the son of my brother, the one that passed away last Christmas eve. I thought he was telling me that he was the biological father... I just about hung up when he told me his moms name, it rang a bell, my brothr did not tell anyone that he had a son, he is 32 years old, has cancer and was looking to find out if anyone in our family had kidney disease or cancer or some other things. It turns out this is really my brothers son, my brother and his girlfriend made a pact never to tell anyone... he started crying when he found out that his father passed away less than a year ago. I was in tears, he sounded four or five when he asked if he had a grandma or grandpa, I told him the whole family dynamics, he has a grandma, uncles, aunts and a cousin... what is the strangest thing in the world is, we both have dr appts at the same place tomorrow at the same time. We are going a bit early to meet, My mom is so excited to meet her grandson for the very first time. Can you believe this? My brother sure knew how to keep his mouth shut, keep a secret and didnt even tell his own twin broher. I have been a meatball all day... Oh the horn is gone,,, thank goodness. I will let you know how it goes.
