My first question is why Tuesday? I ask because if you work or do some other activity during the week, you may want to do your shots on a Friday.
Remember you really should not change the day, it's near impossible, so you better pick a day where you can write off the next day or two if need be.
I think many people who work pick Friday because you can do your shot late in the eve and then just go to bed. You may be feeling a little under the weather the next day, but most people are back to normal by Monday morn, just in time for work or school or their weekday activities.
As for the pills, I would say pick a time in the morn when you are normally up and 12 hrs later take the rest for that day. I picked 5am/5pm because I get up for work at 5am so I would take my morn pills as soon as I got up. If I was not going to be home for 5pm, I would take the eve ones with me. If I was just going to be an hour or so late, then I would leave them at home.
Good luck on your starting tx.
I took my Riba with breakfast and dinner.
