I went thru so many spells where food tasted like cardboard, then couldn't get enuf of it...... then couldn't eat any meat for a few months, then only sweet things... it's a ride! I'm near the end w/9 shots to go, now I can't eat much til after 6pm? Just go with the flow!
Welcome!
I felt I wanted to keep as nourished as I could. I remember Capn saying to everyone, keep nourished, you don't want your body to eat the muscle tissue.
So, I ate little meals through out the day. You really need your energy, and the food is fuel that your body needs to keep nourished.
I have extra weight, that I would like to have lost, but my dr said to lose it before or after tx. During was def not the time to try to diet.
Good luck!!
