Hello All,
Well I have my start day for TX, which will be Dec.7(Friday). I just wanted to start a discussion about sharing 1-2 or more actions, tricks! or things you did or are doing while on tx that really help manage, cope or eliminate the effects.
Or, the same idea for ways of managing the symptoms of this illness. An example from me is when I was first diagnosed I was experiencing slight daily all day headaches, and then when I started drinking 8-12 glasses of water each day, the headaches went away.
Thank you all so much for all the positive support, and the fountain of knowledge that fills these pages, now would that be the fountain of youth? Thanks all!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
As you have probably seen...water, water, water.
If you are having problems with sides, mention it to your Dr.
Also, keep in touch with us...DS helped me make it thru the rough spots.
Take Care,
I can't do as much physically as I could do just over a week ago...and that could have been shocking. I am trying to do things like yardwork but in little doses...Still learning to put my feet up and rest even if i can't sleep....now that is weird on a weekday! LOL! You will be fine because you are sooooo prepared.
we're here for you my friend
I'll only being starting about a week before you so maybe we can share this journey together dear....xoxoxo
i take my shots on fri night and stay home the whole weekend to let my body recover. i actually dont have any side effects, but bed rest and fluid helps me to handle the working week.
