I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I would check with the drug companies and see if they can supply you with free meds or reduced cost or something. I'm sorry your insurance doesn't do a better job for you on this!
As far as your viral load, yours is on the high side but that does not mean that treatment will not work as well for you. There are a lot of people with high viral loads. Another DS member had a viral load higher than yours and she was undetectable by week 4 so, you see, it can be done!
If Sam is dreading giving you the shots, just give them to yourself. I actually think it's easier to do it by myself. They really do not hurt.
Best of luck to you!
your VL won't matter, if your are a responder then you will beat it.
