Hello DS Family,
I just wanted to let everyone know that my daughter will be volunteering time with the American Liver Foundation at the Ronald McDonald House this Sunday. This is part of her High School Curriculum for credits. They have to get 25 credits per HS year. She has volunteered herself for this on her own. She did not know about Hep C until a few days ago and now is even more excited. This kid has a huge heart. Gotta Love her!
If you are in this area or a part of the foundation I would love to do a meet and greet. We don't know what they will have her doing yet but it doesn't even really matter because it is worthwhile and for a great cause.
Let me know.

My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
How funny of me!
Hugs to you all and thanks for the support too!
