Ryan is a beautiful 4 year old boy who was seemingly healthy a week ago. His family noticed a bloated tummy and after ruling out the obvious things they took him to the doctor. Now Ryan is fighting for his life. The CT scan found a HUGE cancerous tumor in his liver and it is progressing into his little lungs. Doctors are hoping that aggressive chemo will shrink the tumor enough to operate. He is borderline critical. I am sharing this tragic story with you because Ryan is the grandson of one of our DS sisters. She is trying to continue her treatment and be strong for her daughter and grandson. Please keep this family in your prayers. Thank you

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
luv you guys!!

I often put prayers up here. Usually prayer requests for children reach people all over the world and generate hundreds of replies. Then I pray off to myself. God Bless
Sending you a gentle hug my little angel.
