I got a recruiter to contact me in Orlando, 90-120 minutes away. They have several trials open. In all of them, there is a 30% chance I would get the placebo, but still get the interf/ribo, from what I understand. I'd love to hear all your varied feedback on consenting with possible placebo, which could eliminate me from other trials. I don't have insurance & I'm getting tired of being sick. Feel the need to get proactive about finding something. Funding is down, so closer to home may be a longer wait.
