I am half way through painting and varnishing wood floors in a rental that is not ready to rent. I used to teach school but have earned my living in trim carpentry and especially painting for the last 5 years or so. Since "the phone call" from my doctor last March I have not touched the house. Payments are still $300 bucks a month. What if I use latex gloves, lots of ventilation, and a good respirator? I have exactly three walls left needing oil based primer but the rest of the painting is latex....Gees, the kitchen cabinets are half painted....and I NEEEEEEED the income. THANKS!
