So, i've been taking it about a month now... it kinda hurts my stummy, but i figure that means it's workin'. The first bottle i got were organic-in capsules 500 mg, said 3times a day.....just got a different kind, cheap-o safeway brand only these are just 150mg, and it still says just to take one 3times a day.....it does say that it is concentrated, these are actual tablets....i've been takin' 2 at a time...Does anyone know what the deal is how can one be 500mg, and one 150mg, and still take the same # of pills? I don't get it. Much love, my man's peg and riba'in the mail..I think we're gonna celebrate thanksgiving early, to make sure he enjoys it! thanx guys

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I think it's kinda cool that your doctor was willing to prescribe milk thistle. Though doctors don't argue against it (FDA said it was okay), many of them don't really say much except,"you can if you want."
