The sun does have a wonderful source of Vitamin D. But...once it gets hot...it causes problems to the rest of the body.
So's...I'd suggest...gettin' up early...goin' out in your jimjams and drinkin' your coffee and gettin' your dose of Vitamine D. It will be a hell of alot more pleasant than takin' some pills.
Good luck little lady.
Love ya,
Tasmoe
But sunshine is the natural way and if you get 15-30 minutes of bright, unfiltered sun, you should get enough.
Personally, I think most sunscreens are toxic. They make me blister and I never burn w/o sunscreen.
If you are concerned about skin cancer/wrinkles, etc., you can make a natural sunscreen by diluting Vitamin C powder. And that doesn't interfere with VIT D absorption!
