Ok, so I've been dealing with fatigue for so long I barely remember how it feels to be truly energetic...I'm used to that. Now I'm so exhausted that just everyday tasks make me so out of breath that I have to stop for a few minutes to catch my breath. I'm talking about walking upstairs, taking a shower, actually anything that requires me to be on my feet for more than a few minutes....and add the heat/humidity to that, and I feel I might pass out. I had to drive myself to an appt today and was really concerned that I might not be able to make it. Is this normal treatment fatigue? or is there anything I can do/not do to make this better?
