My husband has hep c and was just told he needs treatment. He was told by his Dr. he has to be clean and sober for 6 mo. before he can start treatment. He said he would quit drinking when he had his first heart attack, then when he had his bypass, then when he was diagnosed with diabetes and COPD. He never quits, I don't believe he will quit now. The Dr. told him something was at stage 3 out of 4 and another thing at stage 2 out of 3. I wasn't there and he doesn't remember. What can I expect without treatment? He doesn't want me talking to his Dr's and they can't tell me without his permission.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
