so it may help you in not making the same mistake, I made a grievance about my HMO, now they won't help me, I don't know what the moral is but maybe just make sure you don't step on too many toes, but I was told to make a grievance by my human resources dept at work, they have had other employees have major problems with Kaiser. My boss almost died I heard from meds they gave her that didn't agree with her. I don't know what is going on with Kaiser but sounds serious to me.
