i see his nurse practitioner , but in the hospital i saw the shrink , dr g , when released from hospital , i starting seeing his(shrinks) practitioner at the shrinks office(hope i dont you confused) , now he(nurse practitioner ) is moving to another town , i ask him what would happen if i stayed with dr g , he wouldnt come out and say anything bad , he just said he didnt know ?? you see my hepc friends , im bipolar and i have to be under a shrinks care while doing tx , or i dont get my treatments from my gi , it has been a long haul and i dont want to start over , i have made great progress while on tx , i dont want to have anyone change my meds , any ideas how i should handle this ?? i have 3 refills on my meds , he never gives me refills ?? told me to call him at his new office (nurse practitioner )in march and he will let me know if its a good place ?? wher the heck is my shrink anyway ??? i cant find out anything ! guess i better start researching new drs and letting my gi know whats going on , ill be through treatment before my refills run out , but i still need a shrink , not a practitioner !

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
