Atkins Endulge bars. I like the carmel nut chew bar the best. Has only 70 mg sodium, l g sugar, 140 cal.
Yoplait light yogart is sweet and healthy. Many flavors to choose from. Only 80 mgs. Sodium.
Ice cream isnt bad for you and low sodium. I usually by light or low fat. You just have to keep the amount to normal portions and balance it with the rest of you diet. As long as dairy products arent causeing you problems I say eat it within reasonalble portions.
A fresh veggie tray but use the a salad spritzer like Wish bone that has only 70 mgs of sodium in 10 sprays instead of dipping into a salad dressing loaded with sin. I mean salt. Lol Ten sprays goes a long ways and they are pretty good.
cup of peanut m&ms has only 20 mgs of sodium.
I buy planter no salt mixed nuts and mix the honey roasted peanuts with them for some salt and but still keeps the sodium down.
You can buy Rice snaps with no sodium. I get mine at a Vitaming grocery store. No sodium and not many cal. I add a thin slice of swiss cheese on top. I have found that swiss cheese has the least sodium in it.
A big part of diet is the proportion size and balancing all ingredients to fit what you need for your bodies needed allowance to be healthy.
As far as vegetables I stay away from the no salt canned ones. They are bad. I do frozen which is low sodium and have more flavor but if you can fresh produce is the best and easiest to add spices for flavor. They also naturally have a better taste without the salt. I steam when possible. Boiling can take out a lot of the nutrients.
I used to eat Soy Delicious, they carry a line without added sugar, called It's Soy Delicious.

Now I make my own frozen treats. I make an obscenely delicious chocolate mousse with tofu, sucanat and dark organic chocolate. Goes great in a chocolate banana dessert. I make a nut and oat crust, bake it slightly, top it with sliced bananas, cover that with the tofu mousse and then if I'm really in the mood, raspberries sweetened and thickened with arrowroot. My tofu hating friends gobble it down.
Salt is ok if it is Real Salt. Go read up on their website.

Dulse is a great salty seaweed that can be sprinkled on foods to improve the taste. Adds minerals. We all are lacking in minerals.
Make icecream with Thai Kitchen coconut cream and frozen fruits. Yummy.
Fruit smoothies made with frozen bananas, strawberries and yogurt or tofu, and a little honey or maple syrup if you must, are really good.
