Hey all well I have been on treatment since around Dec 23 with the ribavirin (bad spelling) and pegintron and I got my blood work back today. I am soo excited to say that when I was first diagnosed my viral load was 457,000 ( back in september) and today my doctor said the viral load was down to only 34,000 isn't that amazing?! I haven't even been on treatment for a full 2 months. I was so nervous but she said since I have genotype 1A that a fast response was the best because it shows I have a better chance of beating the HEP C. Yay! The treatment has been pretty good too with mild side affects. I hope this brings hope to those that need it!!
