I've known that I've had Hep C since 1996. I've never had symptoms. My last liver panel was in '07 by my family doctor with good results. The specialist who ran tests on me in '04 said that I have genotype 2b. The nurse acted like I was some kind of rare type or something. I just asked for my records because I'm trying to get sober again and am interested in my condition, but cannot understand what the records mean. For some reason, that nurse made me feel that I didn't have anything to worry about. Any opinions?
