alpha 2-macroglobulins, qn 344 high
if I'm reading this right, I am stage 2 fibrosis, but it says nothing about grade? I really don't understand any of this tho....and my brain isn't absorbing much lately. duh!

nevermind, heartaftergod knows this test like the palm of her hand....she filled me in about it, and other stuff regarding my glucose number, tri's etc., she has a wealth of info and knowledge. this site is a blessing, but the people are god sent....xo

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
