Mostly for me it is in the morning, difficult to get ready to go to work, but I do just push through it.
Yes, I have lost some physical strength, like opening a jar is difficult. Good thing for the man around the house!
I am in week 8 and this week has been pretty good for energy, some days I feel kind of dizzy. It seems to help to do some light exercise to build energy, rest when a person can, and just maintain the Little engine that...I think I can, I think I can. Seems laying around too much just makes it worse. Good Luck
