I will be starting tx this coming Tuesday and want to talk about a subject that is near and dear to my heart...FOOD. I have been told that besides being bad for ya, greasy or high fat foods can and does make you sick on tx. I know every person is different with their own likes & dislikes when it comes to food. I was just wanting to take a general survey as to what foods you reccomend as especially easy to tolerate while on tx, especially anything fast and easy. I have the saltines ready and some sprite zero, instant oatmeal and 3 tankers of water lined up....but give me some ideas of things I could add to my grocery list. Inquiring minds need to know..and you guys know it all in my book. Wish I could take you all to the grocery store with me LOL. Thanks brothers & sisters. Jeannie
