First I must say that I was never a heavy drinker or a drug user and this advice along with the apple cider vinegar and honey is from the Chinese healing page here is the link:

I dont know how much of this is just coincidince, but, my liver area has stopped aching, and the water excess in my ankles has gone, I have a bit more energy and I am eating the celery, cucumbers, lettuce, and more have changed how I feel and how I look. I was pretty healthy before but I do notice a difference. I sure am looking forward to all of your feedback, I may not get right back with you, because.....
****my brother is not doing well at all and we got the "standby to come and say goodbye call this evening" We should know something by Monday evening, as they do not want us coming unless it is the end, I dont know why but we are doing what the drs are asking, at least for now.
I will remind you all, I donated stemm cells and bone marrow to my brother, (how I found out I have Hep B and C) and he got host vs graft disease and the chemo caused liver disease, they are trying a very expensive med, it is 75 thousand a day for five days... aghhh good thing he has insurance, any way, if you dont hear back from me for awhile that is why, but I am not going to stop this new diet as it really has made me feel so much better.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I do hope these new meds help him.
Sorry you couldn't help him with donating your bone marrow, ect...
As for the honey, apple cider I shall try it, wrote it down, and will add this link to my fav.
Thanks again, and good luck, I will pray that he gets the gift of life and heals up real quickly.
Love & Respect,

One day at the time.
As we will all keep him in our prayers=)
The honey and vinegar water REALLY does help EVERYTHING!!
People in West Virgina have lived to be over 100 because of that drink..=)
My grandmother-in-law actually was in the process of making it when her other hip gave out, and she was telling EVERYONE in the emergency room how it is so delicious and healthy for you when she was in the worst pain ever...But now she has another new hip to match the other one, but the proof is the pudding as they say, IT IS VERY healthy and beneficial
