2 days ago I was approached by advocates for Hep/C and Liver Cancer!! I do go to once month support groups her in this State. Now Im asked to take part in inssues of Health Care & Politics. Can ya belive this shit????????? How bitchen is this!!!!!!!!!!! Its my calling!!!!!!!!! And Im jumpin hard on this BAN WAGON!!!!!!!!!!OH yes my friends they are aware of my attitude and my way with true words of OUR DISEASE AND HEALTH/CARE!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I know quite a few advocates, dear old friends of mine, and they have tables at shows, and different events to give awareness to the older and the younger generations on hep c.
This is great! If you have time to travel it's a fewat way to participate in halping heppers all over the United States.
