My co-worker has the same dr. as I had for hep c and now I was talking to him cause he has been out of work for awhile on leave of absence, and he told me the dr. just threw his hands up and said he doesn't know what's wrong with him, I was like yeah I understand this dr. doesn't seem to care or don't do much for you unless you are just taking the pegasus that he wants you to take. I don't know, something just seems wrong to me when dr's don't care that much, I know Hep C is a chronic condition but my god we are just humans and yes we get scared at times cause nobody knows if this thing can kill you or not, they call it the silent killer for a reason. I don't know what to think about today's dr.s I know out here in the desert in california and with my current insurance I haven't received much help and basically on my own. Until the next treatment comes out anyway. Right now I am just taking things one day at a time and trying to regain some health back, some day's I have good day's and sometimes I have bad days. It's like a roller coaster. I have been post treatment around 9 months now I think. So I have about 3 more months to go until I should be fully recovered according to a therapist that went through the same thing as I have told me. Still working though, it get's hard at times but still doing it, actually I don't know how I do it somedays except for the grace of god, take care. This disease really sucks.
