I found so much fun and laughter here. DS, to me, is as much about service to others as it is in finding support for myself. I try to get to as many as the newbies as possible, but since I've been sick, feel like I've been slacking. Sometimes we all forget that the very ill lash out because they simply need help. The trick is not to take it personally.
Remember the terror? Remember feeling so out of control? The denial? The apology extended to the one it was directed at is all that is necessary, but appreciate your public change of heart.
You are a dear man and I am pleased to see that you are also a compassionate one.
Pffffft. Your reply was just fine. Actually, it was alot tamer than the one that I wanted to post.
You know, there are times when stuff just gets to us, and if we can't let go, just once in awhile, well then, we really aren't much of a support site, are we?
Your response seemed more like a knee jerk reaction, something that needed to be said, even if for just you. We can't keep all things bottled up. If we need to say Hey just chill! or Snap out of it! then where better to do it than amongst friends.
You're OK with me Dave.
Relax and have a great day now.
we all have our days...
