Blood pressure rises up, Irritable, chest tightness and shooting pains down into my left arm. People have told me I was having a heart attack. Have had them many times over the course of my life. Seems to happen once a year. When it does happen - its a wake-up call and I start eating well and exercising again. Then, I get back in great shape and feel great - only to slowly creep back into poor eating and exercise habits again. I guess my question is - does anyone else think exercise and eating well can clear out blockages? Its seemed to work for me

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
