Hello All,
I'm new to this community and I'm hoping that it will help me become a more "willing" participant in my marital sex life. Here's the deal...my hubby wants to ALL the time, I could do without. I have a whole host of past issues that has shaped why I feel this way but I'm ready to get rid of those and find ways to make our marriage more two sided rather than him always wanting and me always saying no. Any tips, advice, ideas that would help me be more open to him? I really need help. I'm at the end of my rope and I want so much to make him happy (I want to be happy this way too). Help!

Are there any medical reasons why your sex drive is lacking?

-Strip in front of a mirror, dance, etc and learn to pleasure yourself.
-Go see a sex therapist

From your profile; I'd say you may want to consider some counselling and definately have some serious pampering.
Jolly off to a spa with some friends for the weekend, have a good retail therapy session, and come home feeling less stressed and more sexy.
Talk to him and together focus more on 'little things'; bunches of flowers, little random love notes, compliments. Most girls need to be helped to feel good!
Although you still look good, I can't blame you if you are just so stressed.
Stress really can affect a person's desire to do anything, much more sex. I feel for you. I have been there...just try to not think that sex is another chore that you have to do for your husband to make him happy.
You need to be mentally, emotionally and physically in fair shape to truly enjoy sex.
