I recently ended a 10 year relationship w/my boyfriend. we have had pretty much a great relationship. we have children together & are pretty much best friends. i feel like i have some issues i need to work out as far as self confidence & trusting myself & others. he has never done anything to make me not trust him but he does do things to make me question him. so if i already have trust issues at times, i feel he should help me by responding / acting in the correct way to help me feel confident, but he doesnt. i feel he should be my therapy,. our standards are different also as far as what is respectful & what isnt. i am so torn as to what i should do, we've tried for so long, he doesnt see a problem, which is a huge problem. even though there are more good things about our relationship, the few bad things outweigh the good. i get so stressed & sad at times b/c its frustrating to feel like i am going nuts & i'm not making any progress........any suggestions?
