My husband holds EVERYTHING in. Our marriage lacks some what of communication. When something is bothering him or a possible life changing event is about to take place he clams up. He gets irritable and refuses to talk. He masks what's bothering him by anger. What may seem like nick picking when it's just me talking rises to an all out war! I have tried to get him to open up about things and he refuses. It takes a blowout for us to talk about anything. I have considered couples counseling however, I don't like the idea of a third party coming into our relationship. I want him to be able to come to and talk about things and confide in me NOT someone else. How do I get him to open up and discuss things w/ me. It's not an egotiscal pride thing. He's a sensitive guy. There's no ego and pride holding him back. He knows I'm going to listen to him and I share my thoughts w/ him. Just when it comes to communication were lacking on his behalf. Any advice? Thx. Tiff.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

This test went HORRIBLY. They were about 20 seconds or so into...
