Ya know -- I'm big on taking responsiblity, etc...not blaming others...(hard on myself, lol) -- but when I was losing my weight -- my brother said something so monumental to me..and I'd NEVER realized it til he said it -- in our family..we were brought up to believe we were not satisfied unless we were stuffed...and that statement is so true! And, unfortunately, I'm still that way. Ugh!
It takes a lot of hard work..planning, etc...A lot of ppl think they need to eat less...you need to eat RIGHT...and for a lot of ppl its MORE...like 4-6 smaller meals/day....
And..can't leave out the dreaded word -- EXERCISE...IMperative!! Maybe w/the new year around the corner get a gym membership?? Do you have someone you could work out with? That helps tremendously!!
Ok--I've babbled enough! You're probably thinking thank GAWD she's done!! LOL
I wish you the absolute best!!!!!!!
i would buy string cheese, yogurt, veggies etc.
my problem is going out to eat too.. just try and order healthy and work out.. maybe your husband or boyfriend can join in too..
my other problem is also around 3 or 4 i get hungry for a snack.. some of the diet bars are good.. and the smart ones.. i did weight watchers in high school and lost 23 pounds.. even though you have to count points it wasnt too bad and you had a lot of support. good luck
Accept it. Tackle it as a long-term goal instead of a short-term 'fix'.
Losing weight is only part of it, keeping it off is the biggest challenge.
Good luck.
...
If you want to shed those pounds eat alot of fiber and exercise for atleast an hour everyday, even if it is just cardio. I you have a two story house run up and down, or take the kid for a walk. Little things like that will make you feel better about yourself.
Goodluck, you can do it and yes love yourself first.
You are a strong sexy woman, and you brought this man's beautiful daughter into the world, how much sexier could you get?
Why would you start your post "sorry ladies but i'm into slender gals!"
That was such a jerk thing to say!
