My boyfriend has been very depressed lately and hes starting to turn to drinking to solve his problems. It is really hard to help him out because hes so far away all the time but i don't know what to say to him at the same time to help him stop. I kinda feel like its somewhat my fault because I'm not always there for him. This is crushing my heart and I just want him to stop and realize that alcohol is not only the answer. Can someone please give me some advice?
