Okay, no matter what anyone tells me, relationships are more difficult than peeling a grape, seeding a blueberry, or taking a bowel movement when you ate 5 days of fiber with only one glass of water a day! ya really have to push for something to happen! I mean really! Loving kindness is truly harder than being annoyed or hurting etc! We are a work in progress. Both as individuals and as a couple! I like what my Dad says...so simply, "these things will pass sweetie" I believe him! He and Mom are elders and have some sage advice. I welcome it!
If I were not working on anti violence I would put the cast iron pan right up side hubbies head some days! Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrg!
He is very controlling and angry at times. He agrees and always says sorry but the action speaks for itself. My part to blame is that I am in love with the good days, the commonisms we share. As well as those moments where we are totally one you know? Plus I react to anger with annoyance aggresion if I do not catch myself in time enough to yell TIME OUT! You know? Sheesh, human drama, pain and suffering, creation,destruction.....Tis life!
He is seeking help and both of us are reaching out for couples couselling through mental health so they know about passive aggressivity (partner has) and anger issues as well as addictions and all layers that they are trained to deal with. The layers are still peeling. Sometimes if feels so painful! Indeed peeling a new skin is! Especially when it starts on the inside! Hey? And what kind of work on self doesn't . Well okay physical. Which is an area I have trouble with ED = eating disorders!
I am gaining support via e mails and on-line as well as family and a few friends I have made! Gee, it is nice to say support from family again!
mmmmmmmmmmm warming!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Blueberries are quite common in the UK now, I got Bluberry Cookies.
