I have no idea of how to take care of myself and want to do better. Right now for breakfast everyday I have an eggo strawberry waffle (with butter and syrup), 3 pieces of bacon, I packet of grits (with butter) and half a glass of 2% milk. Is that a really terrible breakfast and how can I do better? I like something warm for breakfast. I hardly ever eat lunch. Supper I can't do anything about since hubby has to have what he calls "meat, taters and vegables (vegetables). So I really want to eat healthy for breakfast at least. Thank you very much for any suggestions.
