Ok, I'm a veggie lover! I'll admit it. ^.^ Does anyone know if you can eat TOO many of them. I recently stopped eating out (fast food and restaurants) and changed a lot of my bad eating habits, just to find that I resort back to eating my home-food favorites, veggies!! (Crazy, I know.) I know I have to probably break down and eat some meat, but if I eat one half a bowl of low-fat ice cream a day, is that enough protein? I also eat fruits as snacks. Let me know, please? Lol, because, I'm serious, all I seem to want is veggies!!
