I'm considering becoming a vegetarian. I hardly eat red meat anymore and although I love chicken and turkey, I don't think it's helpful in my fight against GERD and IBS. Nuts and soy are very good and have the protein and healthy fats I need and can substitute for the meat. They are also easier to digest than meat. Is anyone here a vegetarian and does anyone have advice on how to transition over and what to do and not do in the process? Thank you!!
