I have though about trying to drink the slim fast shakes 3 time a day instead of the normal twice a day and for going regular foods. I don't get very hungry after I have drank one so I figured If I have one for dinner instead of food maybe it will help me loose faster and if I do get hungry I can make some homemade smoothies (fruit and veggie)with the whey protien to give myself that extra boost.So what do ya'll think any advice would be great.

Couldnt say what would happen if its a good plan or not but you could give it a try and see what happens if you start to get ill then stop. Not the best advise sorry

three of those is only around 6-800 calories.. you need more than that for the day.

If you go on a liquid diet your digestive system is going to go haywire. You need food you can chew and that your stomach can chomp on. Take the same veggies and fruits, and eat them rather than smoothie them!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
