I have though about trying to drink the slim fast shakes 3 time a day instead of the normal twice a day and for going regular foods. I don't get very hungry after I have drank one so I figured If I have one for dinner instead of food maybe it will help me loose faster and if I do get hungry I can make some homemade smoothies (fruit and veggie)with the whey protien to give myself that extra boost.So what do ya'll think any advice would be great.
