Well, yesterday I woke up able to breathe again and without thinking about my back every second of the day. So I went back to do the stretches and exercise on my new routine, and it went great! I feel pretty good today. A couple of people congratulated me on my attendance at the gym, and I found another one of those killer classes with the psycho instructor who tried to kill me last week. I'll be going twice a week now!
Also, been eating great (no money to go out). Arctic char, cauliflower and broccoli for lunch today, and planning fresh spinach for dinner.

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've got 660 minutes of exercise so far.
I'm not losing the 2 pounds I wanted to but it's OK. I know I'm not doing anything wrong so it might be just a matter of time. I'm enjoying being active and cooking alot. I hope everyone is doing great.
