Since you are recovered from an ED and this could be shaky territory for you, I would recommend going to your doctor and getting set up with a nutritionist. Not sure what country you live in, but you can always access the Canada Food Guide (or equivalent depending where you live) on line and that can tell you how many servings of fruits/vegs, grains, etc. you should be eating every day.
