Hi. I am new to this community. I eat pretty healthy but I need new ideas for meals. I eat the same thing everyday. I eat oatmeal with a glass of Lactaid milk, along with activia with fresh raspberries for breakfast.For lunch I tend to eat Lean Cuisine meals. In between snacks, I have fruit and a Kashi Go Lean bar. I just need to expand my food list. Any ideas for me would be great. Sometimes I will have Kashi cereal as a meal and I will eat a whole wheat tortilla with lean ground turkey with romaine lettuce and tomatoes as a meal too. This is all new to me, eating healthy and all. I need your help. Thanks.
