Also: fresh raspberries seem to take the edge off for me as I know that eating carbs tends to make us crave more carbs....
fruit means sugar so id save that for breakfast, its easier digested when youre up and about.
my all time favourite midnight snack would have to be peanut butter on toast or an english muffin: YUM! just one piece though!
a small handful of nuts or granola is always a good idea too!

Drink water, it's kind of funny how many times a day I eat because I think i'm hungry, but I'm really only thirsy.
