Lately I will eat until I'm uncomfortably full. Over the last month I have put on 5 lbs. I cannot stop myself! I know how to eat. I know calories, fiber, and all that good stuff. But how do I cope with always wanting to stuff my face full of fat-laden, unhealthy carbs?? I will tell myself that I will not eat much as I'm cooking it, but then I go back for 3 more helpings of macaroni, or pasta (whole wheat of course) or mashed potatoes. Anybody got some advice for me before I put on 20 lbs this winter?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
