This is an honest plea!!!
I am very focused on eating healthy and excercising right now and everything is going fairly well. My problem is that I really don't like the taste of alot of vegetables and therefore find I eat less than I should. I don't want to douse everything in butter and salt, as I want to keep them healthy and lowfat.
Does anyone have any ideas to jazz up veggies, especially carrots, brocolli, caulliflower and asparagus?????
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Also I cook both asparagus and brocolli in my iron skillet with some olive oil and I let them get browned a bit. This gives them a great nutty taste. I add some minced garlic that I keep in the fridge (the jarred kind). I just made a great crustless Spinach Quiche for dinner tonight. Served mixed fruit on angel food cake, as well. Looking forward to any other responses you get!
Also, try olive oil, garlic and balsamic vinegar together as a veggie dip... it's not gonna mask the taste of the veggies, but you may like it anyway.
I would really try as hard as you can to eat the veggies, and wait until there's no other way to eat supplements.
A pill? Puh-lease! This IS healthy EATING
Also, get some really good parmesan cheese. You can grate just a little bit of this over steamed brocolli or cauliflower, and it tastes great. None of that powdered stuff--it doesn't have any flavor. The good stuff can seem expensive, but just remember that a little goes a long way.
God Bless
Also the suggestion of taking some of the veggie supplements is a good idea to help you while you find recipes that help you enjoy real veggies.
Good luck.
