now i have a pretty high metabolism - well i am guessing so as i never put on weight, or drastic ammounts. i am 5''6 in height, and weigh roughly 55.6 Kg. (i think thats underweight for my height)
i don't do mornings well - or nights! infact i don't have any routine at all! i don't eat breakfast, lunch, and find eating kind of boring.
it sounds strange i know, but i am so scared of putting on weight (because i am depressed, my motivation is lacking), i can't help but forget to eat.
i hate it when people say to me 'oh just eat fruit and stuff' as if it is so easy to just change like that.
i need something that is realistic for my age, weight, height and how i am feeling.
and maybe even some mood boosting food! super foods!
good for immune system but don't make me fat.
that'll be cool.
anyway what do you think? got any good tips? ones that i can achieve that is.
thanks x

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
dark greens like spinach and kale; carrots and other orange foods--pumpkins, sweet potatoes. Berries and almonds are supposed to be good, too. Tea is packed with antioxidants, which also helps with immunity.
I find that eating healthy foods in general acts as a mood booster. Its when we fall into the habit of eating sugary foods with little or no nutritional value that our moods get low or unbalanced.
If you want to get into more of a routine, you could try planning out meals/snacks in advance, and maybe even setting alarms reminding you when to eat.
