I think that it is missleading for people to thing about diet in terms of calories in regards to weight loss. A calorie is just a measure of heat. But certain foods cause metabilism/digestion to slow/speed up. plus if we cut down eating our metabolism slows too? confusing right?
When I was tought to think in terms of BODY ALKALINITY instead of all the other schools of thought My energy/ weight loss went through the roof.
Anybody out there still count calories?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
All other foods need these minerals and electrolites for your body to process and digest them.
Try eating raw organic friuts/vagies for a day or two(the longer the better) I felt really good when I first tried it.

I was hesitant at first because its so differesnt from what we are used to hearring. but the more I followed what was said the better I felt/looked

I have a hard time believing that organic produce costs more than 6-8 beers. Come on. Maybe you just couldn't read the scale properly after all that alcohol....
