im on my third week and havent lost.... this is because i am a recovering bulimia, so my metabolism is recovering with me.
are you on flex or core? sometimes you can cheat without even knowing (i definetly do that!).... so you really have to keep track of points on either system. with flex you may have to readjust your points intake bc you lost or with core you may just want to try and not use your points at all.
