I have tried to stop eating fast food/eating out for years and eat healthy unprocessed foods. I can't last a week, and I've tried to go longer, it is just so convenient, its fast, and it tastes good. I'm not too bad of a cook but the problem is I don't know how to cook much. I know the obvious answer is to learn how to cook more, but when your hungry its a pain to search through a cookbook, find out you don't have the ingredients you need, then go to the store, spend a but-load of money, then come home, and cook it, but while in town your 2 block from MCD and a big mac is 5 min away from your stomach. I think a large part of my anxiety/depression, pain, and lethargy comes from junk food, but I don't know how to cut it out, I crave it every-time I get hungry. Has anyone else experienced this and conqured it? how did you do it? I desperately need a lifestyle change.
