Here is a great snack that has replaced my bags of Potato chips.
Take a pita, either low carb or whole wheat and cut it in half. Then peel the two pieces until the inside of the pita is exposed.
Spayed the inside of the pita with butter pam.
Sprinkle garlic salt or Molly McButter, any flavor, on the inside of the pita
Place the pita in a broiler with the inside facing up.
Broil the pita until it is light brown. Then eat and enjoy.
I will have one later tonight!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Butter pam? I'm not up with this lingo!
Pam is a cooking spray that you can use instead of oil or buttter. It is low in fat and calories and is great for using so things don't stick to your cooking surface. It comes in regular or butter flavour.
I know things in cans are bad for you. (too many reasons to list).
you should try it with Earth Balance or Olive Oil. That's how I do it and then dip it in marinara .
wowie zowie.
Just thought you'd like to know.
Mix some smashed white beans, little olive oil, minced garlic, minced onion, and mozzarella cheese together. Put in a 350 degree oven until melty. Dip and enjoy!
I'll sometimes mist a pita with olive oil and add a light sprinkle of fresh grated parmesan cheese or dry italian or ranch dressing mix on them before broiling or grilling the pita.
I also have a homemade pita bread recipe if anyone wants to make their own.
i have had chocolate covered potato chips. they are sinfully good.
