Hi everyone, I'm currently 8 months pregnant with my first baby, and have changed my diet so I am eating healthier food, to benefit my baby and to encourage weight loss after he is born. I was a terrible binge eater until recently, and my weakness was chocolate. I would literally have chocolate several times a day, huge bars, whole boxes etc... In the past I was lucky and stayed a normal weight but that might change after my baby. Just wondering if anyone has any advice/tips on getting back into shape through healthy eating? What motivated you? How do you resist temptation?!
